  Websites for improving home/school relationships: As someone at the high school level, I prefer to use Apps rather than websites to engage students and their families with what is going on at school. One important tool for reaching out to parents is Google Voice -  https://voice.google.com/u/0/about A colleague introduced me to Google Voice as a way to communicate with parents about how their student is doing in class. I noticed that sometimes parents and guardians did not always respond to emails, but have had many positive experiences with the texting feature of Google Voice. I have had "conversations" with parents and guardians that I might not have had otherwise. This allows them to be more aware of missing assignments, upcoming tests/projects, and to share positive things their student is doing in school.   There are many benefits for teachers.
